At Restore Faithful Hive Co., every product is handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully selected ingredients. We want you to be happy with your purchase and are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service.
Returns
Because many of our products are personal care and skincare items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your product is unopened and unused, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss your return. Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our mistake or a damaged shipment.

Allergies & Sensitivities
Our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients, botanicals, essential oils, beeswax, and other plant-based materials.
Please review the ingredient list before use. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, perform a patch test before applying any product to a larger area.
We cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities to ingredients that are clearly disclosed.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
